SOX[Sarbanes–Oxley Act of 2002]:

SOX is a US Federal law, which provides guidance to maintain standard for public companies, management and public accounting firms. The act contains 11 titles, or sections, ranging from additional corporate board responsibilities to criminal penalties, and requires the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to implement rulings on requirements to comply with the law.

We help corporations to maintain standards in some of the 11 titles. We would help the corporations to maintain standards with more checks and reports from PeopleSoft applications from hardware standard to application security standards and reports.

We have a standard audit and the set of standard reports which we would provide to our clients at the end of the audit. We design and customize audit reports in consultations with the clients to suit the granularity requirements of the clients. We also provide our clients the scripts or SQRs that the clients can run periodically to conduct minimum security audit internally and generate the reports by your security or Audit Managers.
